Do server admins complain about black Punkbuster screenshots (often called pbss)? There are some other fixes like editing registry, but these fixes/tutorials have been found useful:

The black pbss problem might vanish with future drivers, but meanwhile these seem to solve the problem for most players.

Note: If running America's Army in full screen mode in Windows Vista, swithing to other applications (desktop, web browser, screen saver etc.) while playing turn screenshots black again. Avoid switching (Alt-Tab) between applications and start Teamspeak and other needed applications before AA. If you necessarily have to switch between applications, run AA in windowed mode. Otherwise you will have to restart AA to get valid screenshots again.

Don't hesitate to ask admins about your screenshots.

I was playing AA and minding my own business, my wife told me that our dog wanted to go out and let of his load... I said, wait... and suddenly I got black ss..... couldn't see for days.... How to fix, remove gently ur wife with divorce avoiding that happanes agn. or ignore it??
